My wife and I have been working out with James for 6 month or so and it has just been an amazing experience and transformation for the 2 of us. Online training was new to me, but it has been an amazing experience. The 15 min phone calls and app allow feedback to be communicated easily and suggestions and program edits. " I was unsure of working with people in the gym because I was overweight for most of my life. I have always been afraid of judgment at the gym, but with James, I always felt welcomed.
In the first meeting, when we were doing body analysis, I couldn’t squat without tension in my back, and James knew exactly what to do (walk over and grab some weights to put under my heels), and the back pressure was suddenly gone.
When I began training, I just wanted to feel better. I hadn’t been committed to the gym for the summertime, and I needed to get back to it.
I also wanted to learn how to lift correctly and have good routines for my body.

Before starting to work with James, I was nervous about the time commitment needed to obtain my goals. In addition, I had been a college athlete and distinctly remembered how tired and sore I was when training; getting back into a training routine was worrisome to me since I was working and going to graduate school. These two ideas, the time commitment and being tired and sore, were problematic because I was unsure how they would affect my ability to meet my responsibilities.
James was able to help me with my reservations by educating me on how to work out. He set up workouts for me that were 30-45 minutes long that both challenged me and were short in length. As for the feeling tired and sore, James was able to guide me towards the appropriate supplements I should take and how to eat correctly; I realized that pain and energy levels were manageable. I'm now stronger and have less body fat.
