Yes. Many of my clients haven’t exercised consistently in years. My job isn’t to push you beyond your limits, it’s to meet you where you are and help you build confidence through steady, sustainable progress. There’s no judgment, no intimidation, and no expectation that you need to “get in shape first.”
Yes! Weight loss involves much more than exercise alone. Along with personalized workouts, I provide coaching on nutrition, daily habits, accountability, and behavior change so you can build a healthier lifestyle that’s realistic and sustainable. The goal isn’t just losing weight, it’s keeping it off.
The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, health history, current fitness level, previous exercise experience, and any injuries or limitations. We’ll also complete movement assessments and begin building a plan designed specifically for you. This allows every workout moving forward to be safe, effective, and personalized.
Most trainers simply count reps. I focus on coaching the whole person. That means combining personalized workouts with accountability, encouragement, behavior change strategies, habit coaching, and realistic goal setting. My mission is to help you create healthy habits that last, not just get through another workout.
